Jim Gentry is a nationally recognized environmental lawyer and well-seasoned with corporate representation. Mr. Gentry represents clients with environmental issues across the country. He has participated in such cases as Sterling et al. V. Velsicol, 855 F.2d 1188 (6th Cir. 1988), U.S. v. Gurley Refining Co., et al., 43 F.3d 1188 (8th Cir. 1994) and Walls, et al. v. Waste Resources Corp., et al., 761 F.2d 311 (6th Cir. 1985), where he served as lead counsel for the defendants.
